dc.description"Este trabajo estipula la importancia de contar con reportes sobre la responsabilidad social en las áreas naturales protegidas, como factor de análisis crítico en la evaluación de su sustentabilidad. Determina la medición de la generación de valor incorporando a la sociedad su aprovechamiento y destino por parte de los diferentes actores sociales. El método utilizado se basa en la revisión de estudios previos y es de corte científico en las ciencias administrativas. Los resultados encontrados establecen que los reportes publicados no son adecuados para proporcionar informes del valor que generan las empresas que cuentan con estos programas en sus estrategias de posicionamiento, a través de informes financieros, a quienes se destinan y a quienes realmente favorecen los recursos económicos que dicen aplicar. En todos los casos analizados las empresas que presumen de los recursos aportados y logros en sus informes de responsabilidad y/o sustentabilidad, lo establecen de una manera muy ambigua y vaga, por lo que no es posible establecer de qué manera el capital que dicen haber invertido, realmente se han traducido en acciones exitosas de conservación de la biodiversidad y/o de la elevación de la calidad de vida de los pobladores locales. Proponemos medidas pertinentes para que en el futuro estos informes sean realmente objetivos y útiles."
dc.description"This paper states the importance of social responsibility reports in protected natural areas, as a critical analysis factor in assessing sustainability. We determine the measurement of the creation values, incorporating the society in its use and destination by different social actors. The method used is based on the review of previous studies, with a scientific focus, of administrative sciences. The results obtained indicates that the published reports are not adequate to provide assessments of the value generated by companies that have these programs in their positioning strategies, through their financial reports, to whom are focused and to whom really benefits. In all cases analyzed companies boast of the resources provided and achievements in their reports of responsibility and / or sustainability, but they are very ambiguous and vague, so it is not possible to establish in what way the capital that they say that have invested, is really translated into successful actions biodiversity conservation and / or enhancing the quality of life of local people. We propose appropriate measures to ensure that in future the reports are truly objective and useful."
